Today is 11th September, and here’s another part of CoinTribune’s NFT of the Day series with more not-too-trendy but deep and probably underestimated digital artworks that are fortunate enough to have taken the form of non-fungible tokens.

Art is hard work, as it requires creators to be fully invested in their pieces. One has to exercise remarkable courage to shape their thoughts and experiences into something tangible and showcase it to the public at the risk of being ridiculed and misunderstood.
History remembers many artists who were recognised as geniuses posthumously, whereas during their lifetime were mocked and lived in poverty, trying to open new facets of beauty to the world.
However, those days are gone. With the advent of the internet, reaching your target audience has become as easy as it has ever been. There are not so many chances to drown in misunderstanding now. Among several billion users of the net, there is at least a handful of those who will appreciate your art.
Art is hard work. But is there an easy way to cognise yourself and the world around you?
Create! Maybe your art will change the world!
Today’s issue is devoted to Foundation user Jonas Piontek and his work “The Gates of Venezuela”. One of our readers suggested us this piece, and you can do that too! Send the NFTs that you find interesting to our email.
“The Gates of Venezuela” is a landscape gorgeous in every respect. Pitch-black clouds dissected by a bright flash of an unyielding lightning bolt are truly mesmerising.
The artist describes his creation as follows:
“Storm clouds explode from the surface of Lake Maracaibo in Northern Venezuela marking the onset of the nightly metamorphosis from a tropical paradise to the center of earth’s most raging lightning alley. The Catatumbo Lightning is born again, bound to transform the black night sky into the greatest heavenly firework one can imagine. Silence yields to the distant rumbling of thunder, vibrations travel like seismic shockwaves through the ground below our feet.”
Jonas Piontek is a landscape photographer from Germany. He has a soft spot for such things as the stormy sky and the northern lights, driven by the desire to capture the most beautiful natural phenomena.
The NFT of today is “The Gates of Venezuela” by Jonas Piontek. Never before has a flash of lightning looked so inspiring and attractive.
