Megadeth has released the official cryptocurrency of the band and its community – $MEGA. The coin provides access to unique content and special offers.
Unique tokens for CYBER ARMY
The American thrash metal band Megadeth has released its own cryptocurrency, BraveWords reports.
The official Megadeth website says that “by buying, holding, and transacting with $MEGA, fans will gain access to exclusives and premium benefits. Cyber Army members that also hold $MEGA will unlock additional exclusives, access, and offers.”
Having at least 10 MEGA, you can “get access to exclusive content, special tour access, Q+A’s, hangouts with the band, and special items.”
Megadeth is an American thrash metal band formed by guitarist/vocalist Dave Mustaine along with bassist David Ellefson, guitarist Greg Handevidt, and drummer Dijon Carruthers, in 1983 after Mustaine was fired from Metallica. Since then, Megadeth has released 15 studio albums.
Christmas card contest 2021
Megadeth invites everyone to take part in the Christmas card contest 2021. Winners will be picked by Dave Mustaine. It is he who decides who will get the grand prize pack or one of the 2nd-10th place prize packs.
21st December is the last day to submit your Christmas card for the contest.
You may enter as many times as you like as long as you meet the requirements. To enter you will need to have a Megadeth Cyber Army Premium, Digital, or Free Membership.
It’s quite possible that other bands will take notes and soon we will buy tokens to gain access to unique content of our favourite artists.
