Digital scams are proliferating faster than the tools meant to stop them. Bitget counters with a new edition of its global campaign “Anti-Scam Month“, turning crypto prevention into a shared culture.

In brief

  • Bitget relaunches Anti-Scam Month to boost crypto vigilance.
  • Interactive content and Web3 partnerships rally the community.
  • The goal: turn every user into a barrier against scams.

Bitget makes crypto security a collective reflex

For its second edition of Anti-Scam Month, Bitget does not just raise the alarm: the company wants to embed active vigilance at the heart of crypto use. The slogan “Smarter Eyes, Stronger Shields” embodies this desire to align users, developers, and institutions around a common goal. This campaign is based on an immersive content strategy.

Through its Anti-Scam Hub, Bitget deploys:

  • mini-games;
  • specialized blogs;
  • a participatory social media campaign

By addressing the behavioral aspect, the company transforms cybersecurity into daily practice. This paradigm shift aims to make every crypto actor a bulwark against scams, far beyond technical tools.

A broad mobilization across the entire Web3 ecosystem

Bitget is not fighting this battle alone. The Anti-Scam Month 2025 initiative is part of a collaborative dynamic at the scale of the Web3 ecosystem. It relies on alliances with strategic crypto entities to strengthen its operational and media impact. Among the key partners are:

  • GoPlus, SlowMist, BlockSec, OneKey, Security Alliance: experts in vulnerability and on-chain threat detection;
  • Bitget Wallet, Morph, Tapswap: platforms contributing to an integrated approach between crypto apps, wallets, and social experiences.

This expanded approach ensures security throughout the crypto chain, from infrastructure to user interactions.

Crypto scam: a rapidly evolving threat

The landscape of crypto scams is experiencing a worrying escalation. Attacks are becoming more sophisticated, driven by AI tools and increasingly convincing social engineering scenarios. In 2024, losses related to crypto scams exceeded $9.9 billion, according to the Chainalysis report. This figure represents an annual growth of 24% since 2020.

Although crypto adoption is progressing, the exposure surface of users is also expanding:

  • phishing;
  • malicious smart contracts;
  • deepfakes…

Attack vectors are diversifying. This context makes simultaneous strengthening of technical infrastructure and user culture imperative.

An impact report backed by numbers

To document its efforts and track evolving risks, Bitget publishes its Anti-Scam 2025 report in partnership with SlowMist and Elliptic. This document analyzes the most recent trends in crypto fraud, while detailing the internal responses implemented by Bitget. The report emphasizes:

  • emerging attack vectors, including AI manipulations and social engineering;
  • improvements in internal defenses, from anomaly detection to smart contract audits;
  • anticipated regulatory developments, with recommendations for the entire sector.

This analytical work supports Bitget’s position as a driving player of a stronger crypto economy, reflecting the Bitcoin network itself, which remains a benchmark in security and robustness against systemic threats.

In a Web3 often compared to a “dark forest”, Bitget sets a new standard: security as culture. Anti-Scam Month becomes a lever for ongoing training and alliance in the sector. By combining education, UX, and transparency, Bitget positions itself as a pillar of trust in the crypto world.
