Why 2026 focuses everything on Singapore
Usually, TOKEN2049 marks the year in two parts, one edition in Dubai and one in Singapore. The postponement of the Dubai version to 2027 changes the game: Singapore becomes the only major gathering point of the brand in 2026, and thus the meeting where most players will choose to unveil products, fundraisings, and partnerships. Co-founder Alex Fiskum sums up the dynamic: with Dubai moved, attention is fully on Singapore, and more than 70% of the exhibition space was already booked before the program announcement.
The scale remains hard to compare to anything else in the sector. The event occupies all five floors of Marina Bay Sands and takes place in festival format: content, networking, wellness areas, live experiences, and in-house hospitality. The previous edition was already sold out; the organizer expects another sell-out before the date.
Who takes the stage, and what happens around it
The first 100 announced speakers mix crypto platforms, traditional finance, and public figures. Among them: Shayne Coplan (Polymarket), Jeff Yan (Hyperliquid Labs), Adena Friedman (Nasdaq), Jenny Johnson (Franklin Templeton), Eric Trump (The Trump Organization), Raoul Pal (Real Vision), and Tom Lee (Fundstrat). Institutional participation is central to this edition, with executives expected from BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Nasdaq, NYSE, CME, and Franklin Templeton.
The format goes far beyond conferences. TOKEN2049 Week hosts over 1,000 events in the city, from hackathons to investor meetings, alongside other major events that week (Digital Asset Summit Asia, Sui Basecamp, Milken Institute Asia Summit, Forbes Global CEO Conference), all set against the backdrop of the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix. The 2026 program also includes the second edition of Origins, a 36-hour hackathon, and the return of the NEXUS startup competition, whose finalists will be judged by Dragonfly, Multicoin, and Maelstrom funds.
Tickets and discount code
Ticketing works in tiers, and prices rise as allocations fill up. Happy Bird tickets are offered for a limited time, and the organizer warns that the event is expected to sell out before the date: waiting costs more and simply risks closing the door. The exact price therefore depends on the current sales phase: better to check the price displayed when booking.
