Considered a global leader in exchanges, Coinbase has introduced an innovative feature within its decentralized wallet product. The objective of this approach: to greatly simplify crypto transactions.

Specifically, Coinbase now allows users to create direct links from their crypto wallet. These can be shared across various social media platforms, including:

  • WhatsApp,
  • iMessage,
  • Telegram,
  • Facebook,
  • Snapchat,
  • TikTok,
  • Instagram.

It’s even possible to share the crypto transaction links via email. With just a few clicks, Coinbase users can instantly transfer certain assets (including USDC). There’s no longer the need to download multiple applications!

Available in over 170 countries and supporting 20 languages, the new feature of Coinbase Wallet eliminates traditional fees associated with international transfers. Recipients can easily claim their crypto assets by clicking on the shared link. This avoids the waiting times and often high costs associated with cross-border transactions.
