Fraktion acquires Pecule and accelerates its growth to become the European leader in private asset tokenization and distribution
Paris, November 5, 2025 – Fraktion, a SaaS solution dedicated to the tokenization and management of Real World Assets, announces the strategic acquisition of Pecule, a French fintech specializing in the creation of digital securities issuance platforms.

This acquisition marks a key milestone in accelerating Fraktion’s commercial development. Together, the two companies now bring together over 20 active platforms under an integrated infrastructure, providing issuers and distributors with full access to the structuring, tokenization, and digital distribution of private assets.
By combining their expertise, Fraktion and Pecule aim to support their clients in raising tens of millions of euros, further accelerating the digitalization and democratization of the private assets market.
A Unique Infrastructure to Accelerate Market Transformation
By combining their expertise, Fraktion and Pecule offer an operational solution that enables:
- Structuring and tokenizing investment vehicles across real estate, private equity, and club deals,
- Direct access to an expanded network of professional distributors,
- Faster and smoother fundraising, while simplifying the investor experience.
Tokenization is no longer just a concept – it’s an infrastructure transforming the financing of private assets. With Pecule, we provide a seamless continuum from structuring to distribution, enabling faster and more efficient fundraising with full transparency.

Accelerating Commercial Growth for Established Issuers
The primary objective of this partnership is strategic and commercial: to attract more established issuers, including real estate companies and institutional players, and to strengthen the capacity to deploy new platforms.
Joining Fraktion allows us to complete the value chain with a high-performing distribution capability, a key factor in boosting fundraising and liquidity for private assets.
Gauthier Alexandrian, Founder of Pecule
A European and International Ambition
This union paves the way for:
- More than 40 operational platforms by next year,
- Expansion into Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on Dubai and high-potential Asian markets,
- Strategic partnerships to strengthen digital distribution with financial advisors, family offices, and specialized platforms.
The acquisition of Pecule marks the latest phase in Fraktion’s continued growth, following a successful seed funding round which saw the company raise €1.1M earlier this year. Since launching on the Tezos blockchain in 2023, Fraktion has continued to deliver on its founding promise of democratizing investment in physical assets. Now, Fraktion and Pecule position themselves as the leading integrated infrastructure for digitalized private assets, supporting issuers and investors in modernizing and streamlining the market.
